"California is home to the largest and most diverse small business community in the nation. Last year, Governor Newsom announced $1.1 billion in funding to support our small businesses. Along with the new funding, the State Legislature added new laws affecting the day-to-day operations of the small business owner. 

On Friday, April 21, 2023 at 9:00 am, I am pleased to host an informational conversation with the Pasadena Small Business Development Center, California Office of the Small Business Advocate, and the LA County Department of Economic Opportunity. We will ask questions directly to experts in the field, to provide an overview of the new programs and policies in place, and learn about new grant opportunities available for small businesses.
